Partying in Berlin is a great experience. There are not many cities in the world who can compete with the nightlife in Berlin and the great parties are defenitely a reason to visit the capital of Germany. The clubs in Berlin are very versatile and the prices are very reasonable.
Clubs in Berlin
In November 2012, CNN compared some of the beste nightlife-cities in the world and Berlin ended up winning the second place (only Ibiza scored higher). Partying in Berlin scored the maximum amount of point on the aspects opening-hours and music. If you partied in Berlin before, you know that CNN is right: Berlin never sleeps and it is a great benefit that many great and talented DJ’s love to perform in the capital of Germany. Besides the opening-hours and the music, the clubs in Berlin also offer very reasonable prices: For about 10-15 Euro you can party in Berlin and see some of the best artists from all over Europe.
Because Berlin offers many different clubs, it might be useful to get some help when you are choosing the right place to visit on your precious free nights. On Berlin-Enjoy you can find articles about clubs in Berlin on a regular basis, but in this article we will present the best locations to party in Berlin in the current month. We selected the coolest clubs, the best DJ’s and the sweetest events and put them in the list.
Choosing events obviously comes with a great deal of subjectivity. Therefore we will always attempt to explain why a certain event should be visited and you will also find a lot of links to mixtapes and songs of the specific artists. But always keep in mind that the events are selected because we think they are great and not everybody has to share this opinion. Berlin offers a lot of great Techno and (Deep)House parties, so you will find many of them in the party-calender. If you do not agree with the events, feel free to leave a comment or contact us about great gigs and events which we should visit.
Party in Berlin: June 2017
The month June is a great month to visit Berlin: The sun is shining, you can visit several open-airs and if you want to get out of Berlin some great weekendfestivals also can be visited during this month. Fortunately this month also offers you some solid line-ups in the clubs in Berlin and the fact that many clubs also have an outside-area gives you another argument to visit these parties.
Schories, Dave Dinger, Sascha Braemer and more
As mentioned, June has plenty to offer when it comes to great acts and talented DJs. Some real Berliner DJs will be performing and besides that some popular international names will also be visiting Berlin. If you are visiting Berlin to party, you will be excited to hear that superstars like Oliver Schories, Dave Dinger, Boy Next Door, Sascha Braemer and Marcel Dettmann will be performing this month. If you never heard of these names before you can always listen to their music on Soundcloud: I mostly present a liveset or mixtape below the parties in this article. So just take some time to listen to the music before the party in Berlin so you get a good idea of what to expect.
Below you can find the list of my favorite events to party in June 2017. You can decide to scroll down or click on one of the following links:
02.06.2017 – Boy Next Door in Birgit & Bier
Birgit & Bier is located on walking distance from station Schlesisches Tor. Besides great parties during the night you can also find plenty of solid open-airs here during the day and evening. The club consists of several areas to chill, dance or order your drinks. Besides that they invite talented local DJs to make sure the music is of a great quality. During the day you can sometimes find other activities like design-markets, football-matches or workshops here. All in all we can conclude that Birgit & Bier is definitely worth a visit.
This party offers plenty of great DJs. One of them is Boy Next Door and I personally love his livesets. This German DJ is part of the Stil Vor Talent Label, which is owned by German supertalent Oliver Koletzki. Boy Next Door plays quite melodic music most of the time but he can also play some solid techhouse from time to time. If you want to listen to one of his livesets you can click here.
DJs: Boy Next Door
Club: Birgit & Bier
Address: Schleusenufer 3
Entrance: 5-15 Euro

03.06.2017 – Sebastian Voigt in Wilden Renate
Another club in Berlin which is a must-visit, is the Wilden Renate. This club is located close to Ostkreuz and very popular because of its unique style. This club has many different floors and will remind you of an old house with many surprising rooms. Because different music is played in every one of these rooms, you will have enough to choose from. As mentioned, the Wilden Renate is a popular place so it is best to arrive early, not with a very large group and with at least a few girls.
The Wilden Renate is not a club which invites a lot of headliners but because there are so many different rooms, you will always have a great time here. The place is worth a visit anyway and it is fun to hear so many music-styles. One of the DJs on the long list of performances is Sebastian Voigt and I personally like his livesets a lot. If you want to get an impression first, you can check out his podcast for Wilden Renate here.
DJs: Sebastian Voigt
Club: Wilden Renate
Address: Alt Stralau 70
Entrance: 12 Euro

09.06.2017 – Tanith in Suicide Circus
The Revaler Straße and the whole area around the Warschauer Brucke is one of the most popular party-areas in Berlin. The club Suicide Circus is also located in this area and therefore plenty of people find there way into this club every weekend. The Suicide Circus is one of these raw clubs in Berlin which we all love so much: An old building with a dark dance-floor and great music. When it is warm enough you will also be able to dance in the garden.
Tanith is a German DJ which was performing in Berlin before I was born (1986). Tanith is over 50 years old so a real experienced guy who knows how to create a great atmosphere in a club. He has been playing different styles of music during his career but nowadays he mostly focuses on techno. If you want to listen to his music you can have a look at his Soundcloud.
Club: Suicide Circus
Address: Revaler Strasse 99
Entrance: 10 Euro
Music: House, Techno

10.06.2017 – Boo Williams in About:Blank
A club which is also located almost directly at station Ostkreuz is About Blank. A while ago I already wrote a full article about it because I really think it is one of the better clubs Berlin has to offer at this moment. The club About Blank has a very large garden which is perfect in the summer: Funny features like a campfire and some cool places to sit make this club special place.
On this saturday I would personally visit the About:Blank because Boo Williams will be performing. This DJ comes from Chicage and produces great swinging music which can be best described as a mix between disco and house. My favorite set of Boo Williams comes from 2007, so it not that much up to date but will still give you an impression of his music. You can find the set here.
DJs: Boo Williams
Club: About Blank
Address: Alt Stralau 70
Entrance: 12 Euro

16.06.2017 – Sascha Braemer in Watergate
The Watergate is one of the most stylish clubs in Berlin and also a bit more expensive than most others. The entrance is normally 15 euro and a beer will costs 4 euro. Although the prices are a bit higher, most people love the Watergate and I personally also think it is worth the few extra Euro’s. The club has two floors and an awesome view on the Spree. If you want to read more about the Watergate, you can read my previous article.
Niconé and Sascha Braemer are both successful DJs but are performing together once in a while because they became good friends. On Soundcloud you can find many cool mixtapes of Niconé, here you can find one of my favorites which was recorded in “Club Autonomica”. Listen to the liveset and get into the mood to party in Berlin. If you like electronic music this night in the Watergate should not dissapoint you.
DJs: Niconé en Sascha Braemer
Address: Falckensteinstraße 49
Entrance: 15 Euro
Music: House, Techno

17.06.2017 – Marcel Dettmann in Berghain
Berghain is one of the most famous clubs in Berlin. If you are looking for a special party in Berlin, it might be a good idea to visit the Berghain. The only small problem could be that it not very easy to get into the Berghain these days. Normally there is a long line in front of this club and about half of the people will not get in.
But why not make the best of it and just enjoy a beer while you are waiting to enter the Berghain? You do not have much to lose and if you get in, you are in one of the best clubs in world! Besides that waiting in line for a party in Berlin is kind of part of the nightlife-culture. Just make the best of it and when you get in you will feel even better about it.
The line-up in the Berghain is usually very solid. On the 17th of June Marcel Dettmann will be performing and this is a very talented DJ. The entrance for this party in Berlin will be 14 Euro and you do not have to worry that the Berghain will close before you are sick of dancing.
DJs: Marcel Dettmann
Address: Am Wriezener Bahnhof 70
Entrance: 14 Euro

23.06.2017 – Deepbass in Kosmonaut
A club which has been around since a couple of years now is called the Kosmonaut. This club opened its doors in 2012 and has already found a way to make a name in the nightlife of Berlin. Every week many party-people visit the Kosmonaut for the great atmosphere and quality-music. This club is located in one of these old buildings and has large garden which is especially awesome during the summer. You can walk to the club from station Frankfurter Tor and the door-policy is quite reasonable compared to some other Berliner-clubs.
Deepbass is an English Dj who lived in Glasgow when he was young but has been living in Barcelona for a while now. His music-style fits in the category techno but he sometimes surprises his crowd with some pretty melodic sets as well. The fact that he has more than 7500 Followers on Soundcloud should give you an impression of the popularity of this DJ. If you want to listen to his music, you can click here.
Address: Wiesenweg 1-4
Entrance: 10-12 Euro

24.06.2017 – Dave Dinger in Kater Blau
One of the most popular clubs Berlin has ever known was the Kater Holzig. If you have read my article about this club, you probably know that it was quite a unique place to party in Berlin. But unfortunately the club had to close down and Berlin lost one of his great venues. But not long after closing down the owners opened a new place which is called Kater Blau. The club is located directly at the Spree and still has this same unique feel to it. The door-policy did not change so it is still not easy to get in, but the place is definitely worth a visit.
If I have to choose my favorite liveset from Fusion 2016, the one from Dave Dinger will definitely be in my top-5. Dave Dinger played on Sunday the 3rd of July and although many people left already he still got the crowd partying like it was the first day of the Festival. His music fits in the category Techhouse and I personally really like his sound. If you want to listen to the liveset I mentioned above, you can find it on this Soundcloud-Link.
DJs: Dave Dinger
Club: Kater Blau
Music: Techno, House

30.06.2017 – Oliver Schories in Ritter Butzke
The Ritter Butzke is one of the clubs in Berlin which is represented in my party-calender almost every month. If you like to party in Berlin and you love a solid line-up, you will probably love the DJs which are performing in the Ritter Butzke. The good thing is, that the Ritter Butzke has the same entrance-prices as all the other clubs in Berlin. For 10-15€ you can see many popular DJs in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
From the 6th till the 10th of October you can enjoy a great bunch of solid DJs in the Ritter Butzke. Oliver Schories is one of them but besides that Niconé, Channel X, Animal Trainer and Mollono.Bass will be present. It is always hard to say when which DJ will be performing so it is probably best if you keep an eye on the website of Ritter Butzke (see link below). If you want to listen to Oliver Schories live at Nature One, (click here).
Want to win 2×2 free Guest-List spots for this party?
We are allowed to give-away guestlist tickets this month, for the party above. All you have to do is tag a friend on this facebook-post and the winners will be published on Facebook. The winners will be published on Facebook a few days before the actual party.

01.07.2017 – Various Artists at Zug der Liebe
In the city of Berlin and also around it you can find plenty of great festivals during the summer. Some of them have a commercial goal but some are meant to prove something to the community. Zug der Liebe is one of these festival and is actually meant as a protest against all the violence in the world. During the festival a big parade of music-trucks is driving to Berlin and party-people are dancing for peace, love and happiness. A great thought and an even better event if you like music.
Also in 2017 you can enjoy the Zug der Liebe. Trucks from clubs, websites and festivals are joining the parade. Some of the names are: The Clubmap, Gun Powder, Open Air To Go and Klangkost. Besides the parade you can enjoy plenty of cool parties from clubs and bars which are located along the way of the parade. More information can be found on the facebook-page which is listed below.
