For a touristic city like Berlin it is a great benefit to “own” a large river like the Spree. Because the Spree is running directly through the center of Berlin, you can have great boat-tours or enjoy one of the many bars which are located directly at the water (e.g. Oststrand). Another benefit of a large river are the many bridges which can be found througout the city. Most bridges are great for photos and some bridges are even famous for other reasons: The Warschauer Brücke in Berlin Friedrichshain.
Exciting area: Friedrichshain
Especially in the weekend you can find a lot of action around the Warschauer Brücke. From every corner of Berlin young people come to the bezirk Friedrichshain to have a good time. Friedrichshain is perfect for it’s cheap drinks, cosy bars and exciting clubs. Besides that, the atmosphere in this part of Berlin is better than anywhere else. Friedrichshain does not have the most beautiful attractions or the most gorgeous buildings, but it defenitly contributes his own unique beauty to the city of Berlin.

De Warschauer Brücke
Great bars and clubs like Rosi’s, Watergate and Cassiopeia can all be reached most easily from station Warschauer Straße. For that reason every weekend between eight in the evening and seven in the morning you can find many youngsters on the Warschauer Brücke. They sing, they laugh, they drink and they have fun. The atmosphere on and around the Warschauer Brücke is unique, even for Berlin: The great feeling of oneness and the overwhelming party-atmosphere make this a special spot in the city of Berlin.

The documentary takes 26 minutes from your time but it is truly awesome. When you are planning to visit Berlin you should defenitly watch the documentary and off course visit the Warschauer Brücke as soon as you arrive in Berlin.
