In most of the articles you can find some selfmade photos but it has been a while since we dedicated a full article to some of the best photos from Berlin. Therefore we selected five photos from the capital of Germany today. But this time we did not select five random photos but we focused solely on photos of the Tv-Tower.
Photos of the Fernsehturm
Although I already live in Berlin for more than 1,5 year, I still love to take my camera and visit great attractions like Alexanderplatz, the Berliner Dom and the Brandenburger Tor. But besides these great attractions there is one building in Berlin which is a real joy for every photographer: The TV-Tower. In our article about Berlin-Facts we already described that the TV-Tower is 368 meter high. The great thing about it is that you can see the tower from almost every spot in Berlin so you always know where the center of Berlin is located.
1. Samariter Straße/ Frankfurter Allee
This photo has been taken quite far from the Fernsehturm. Close to the Frankfurter Allee and the Samariter Straße you can find a piece of grass between two streets, this is where this image was shot. The beautiful sky, the Fernsehturm and the pieces of grass make this one of my favourite photos in this list.
2. Boattrip on the Spree
When you visit Berlin you should definitely do a boat-trip or rent a raft on the Spree. This allows you to see all the attractions from a completely different side. This photo has been taken from one of the bridges in Berlin and it shows the TV-Tower in the background.
3. Alexanderplatz at night
The location of the TV-Tower contributes to the attraction itself. When you visit Alexanderplatz, you are in the center of Berlin and can very easily visit a department store or the shopping mall Alexa. This photo captures all of this together in front of a beautiful purple sky.
4. Berlin at sunset
The sunsets in Berlin are a great opportunity for everybody who loves photography. The fact that the TV-Tower can be spotted between the orange clouds makes it even more special. If you would like to enjoy a sunset I can recommend visiting one of the rooftops or the Modersohnbrücke close to the RAW-Gelände and the Hotrod starting point.
5. Festival of Lights
This photo was taken during the eight edition of the Festival of Lights. Because the photo was taken with a longer “shutter speed” you can see the cars passing by. Together with the leafs and the lights in the front I think this is a great photo of the TV-Tower.
